How do I clean my custom Jour Couture piece?
To clean, gently wipe down with damp soapy cloth and dry immediately. Do not machine wash, submerge in water, or use chemicals to clean your Jour Couture piece.
How can I wear my Jour Couture piece if I do not want my back open or I'm looking for more comfort and coverage?
Your Jour Couture piece is a work of art and can be worn in many different ways, your imagination is free to wander! Our Jour Couture angels have styled their pieces with a button up shirt underneath- wearing the jour couture piece as a corset over it, you can wear it with a long or short sleeve shirt under, with a tube top, tank top, sheer top/blouse under, or a lace top under your Jour Couture piece. You can also wear it with a cardigan or drape a jacket over your shoulders.
Do I select my exact shirt for design when I order?
Our designers find the perfect shirt, jersey, or material to customize for you based on your order specifications. Provide as much information as possible in your order, however, our designers make the final selection for your dream piece!
How do I tie on my Jour Couture piece?
You can tie it on with a string of your choice corset style through the eyelet holes on your piece, either criss cross or tie back. We highly suggest choosing the build it on the bra option for the most support and comfort. This option would allow you to just clasp on the bra hook. If you do not select the build it on a bra option, you can insert bra pads inside before tightening the strings.
What does it feel like to wear?
During the developing process of your Jour Couture piece, both the inside and outside fully hardens therefore the final product is a solid hard corset like piece both on the inside and outside. Many people like to wear it as a stand alone and are not bothered by the hard material. However if you would like more comfort or it irritates your skin, you can wear it with a button up shirt underneath- wearing the jour couture piece as a corset over it, you can wear it with a long or short sleeve shirt under, with a tube top, tank top, sheer top/blouse under, or a lace top under your Jour Couture piece.
For sanitary purposes we do not line the inside bodice with fabric, it comes with the raw finishing on the inside so that you are able to wipe it clean and use over and over again for years to come. The materials used to create the piece may irritate the skin of some people. Suggested use: double tape a removable thin piece of fabric on the inside if you would like more of a soft feel and to create a barrier between your piece and skin.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, our dedicated team springs into action and production begins. The chosen fabric or material is cut and prepared and handed over to our specialized artisans. Once your order is placed and production has begun, changes are not possible. No exceptions can be made as fabrics are custom cut and measured. However, you can review your design selections before finalizing your order to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
Can I return my Jour Couture Order?
Each piece is custom made for Jour Couture clients, therefore there are no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions can be made as fabrics are custom cut and measured. Each piece is custom made to the specifications provided and inspected prior to delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order once it is placed?
Following your custom creation is designed, your order is securely packaged and delivered straight to your doorstep. Production time typically takes 7-12 business days, with an additional 3-6 days for shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Can I order multiple custom jerseys or tops for a team, group, sorority, or bridal party?
Yes! We offer bulk order pricing for teams, schools, sororities, bridal parties, and other groups. Contact us for details on discounts, customizations, and shipping for large orders. Bulk ordering requires a minimum of 8 pieces of the same design (different sizes of the same item are accepted). Contact us at info@jourcouture.com for details.
How do I order my custom frozen jersey or top?
Simply select your preferred style (jersey or top) from our Shop, enter your exact measurements, submit your order, and wait for your masterpiece to arrive!
How do I know what size measurements to use when ordering?
Jour Couture creates your design made to your exact custom size measurements. It is important to provide exact measurements of your bra size, waist size, and hip size. Please do not estimate or guess or size down/up. Measurements provided need to be exact as the there is no room for flexibility, stretch, or give on Jour Couture pieces once your piece is made and while wearing. How do I store my Jour Couture Piece?
Keep your piece stored inside of a dust bag or wrap with a fabric or old T-shirt in order to keep it from getting damaged or scuffed.
I have my own specific shirt or jersey that I want Jour Couture to use to design my wet look, can I mail in my item for customization?
Yes! If you already have a favorite shirt, top, or jersey that you would like to send us to design, please contact us at info@jourcoutureshop.com for more information.
Can I choose a completely unique custom design or my own choice and design elements?
