JOUR COUTURE REFUND POLICY

Each piece is completely custom made for Jour Couture clients, therefore there are NO refunds or exchanges. No exceptions can be made as fabrics are custom cut, ordered, and measured. Each piece is custom made to the specifications provided and inspected prior to delivery.

 

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team springs into action and production begins. The chosen fabric or material is cut and prepared and handed over to our specialized artisans.  Once your order is placed, changes are not possible. No exceptions can be made as fabrics are custom cut and measured. However, you can review your design selections before finalizing your order to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
